Oh! Don't miss out! If you want to play something emotional, you should play Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII.
Advent Children is the movie for those who wants to know what happens after the main game.

But out of the two, my best bet for you to try is Crisis Core.
That's really good to know. I played a teeny bit and got bored of Dirge of Cerberus and I did really like parts of Advent Children, but I never picked up Crisis Core.

I think the AC soundtrack is better than the rest of the film imho, but I do just love the original FFVII soundtrack. I like to play the battle themes in my car while I'm fighting traffic :p

Lately, I've noticed Susan Calloway's brilliant performance with FFXIV's theme song: Answers.

To have been there at the very eve of FFXIV 1.0 when the servers go down and the final Battle of Carteneau/Dalamud descends trailer with this song blaring in the background must have been one of the most memorable moments in gaming. Too bad I wasn't there.

Meanwhile, FFXI has a beautiful theme of its own in the form of Distant Worlds, from the Promathia expansion. I watch and listen to this video and I wish I could have been there to be part of the FFXI experience at its prime.
