When do you think XII HD will be announced?

Announced at TGS and released somwhere in 2016.

Hopefully at TGS. Really looking forward to revisiting Ivalice in HD.

Yeah, X/X-2 HD took about two years and they hadn't started XII HD in early 2014 and XII is massive. Not to mention, who would be art director?

We don't know when FFXII HD started, so it could have been worked on in secret since around 2012, which is a year after FFX HD was announced. Therefore, it could be pretty far along. Also, the main art director of FFXII was Hideo Minaba, so they would likely have already contracted him by now to work on the game. Isamu Kamikokuryo won't be needed as long as Minaba is on board.
