He's telling her by the time it's tomorrow she will know what's happening. He's not telling her to come, tomorrow.

The fact that your whole argument can be countered with a 3 second gif doesn't bode well. In the movie she may seem weak willed and not a strong character, however that's not her whole story. If you had only seen the movie and nothing else, and you didn't know that FFXV was coming out and you came here with this, that would be alright. However you were then shown evidence that you could use to change your opinion and ignored it.

Not many people watch the first movie in a "series" and then disregard the second "movie" in regards as to what they think of the character.

Just like I thought Frodo was a stupid child who didn't know his right from his left in the first movie, but at the end of the trilogy I thought he was cool. It's called character progression.
