It must be good, too, because they're not even really bitching on gamefaqs. They even have a thread on glitches and there's no hyperbole. I don't even know what to do with this.
Metacritic is gonna be one hell of a party. I maintain to my belief that the game still has a very good chance at hitting high 80s/early 90s score-wise.

I was one of the people who suggested giving players an option to change camera distance prior to E3 2016. Good to see they caved in and got rid of the automatic-ness now.

You should have told them to let us customize the HUD too lolol. I still think this one looks pretty cheap and ugly. WAAAAYYYY better the old ones in the old trailers (not even too old, go check the infiltration trailer).
I hoped to see an option to switch the layout of the HUD but nope... Anyway i can live with that ^^ game looks fucking great.

I wouldn't scrutinize the demo for glitches really anyway. Demos don't just make themselves in a day, so it's likely at least a few weeks old, plus there's just no way to know which bugs would have been there and which ones are from cutting the demo out of a more full build.

That said, that gif is mesmerizing, lol.

....I caved. As soon as i found out there is a pro mode I had to try it.

Now, I'm only restricting myself to doing the first bit where you get the map. After that I've just been walking around with the HuD off not taking on any quests or following the main story path.

Man, the game is gorgeous on Pro mode and normal mode.
The most gorgeous looking open world game I've played.

And I'm almost brought to tears while playing this game. It feels like Final Fantasy. It feels so.....right. So comfortable and so familiar. There is something really soothing and relaxing about it.

The immersion level is through the roof! This game is going to be something special people :D

For the next 17 days I'll be playing small increments of the demo just walking around and maybe fighting random mobs.

I'm aware that there is a spoilerific trailer if you beat the demo.

No matter what, I'm not watching that. No way. Do not want. The demo is enough for me xD

I knew you'd cave! Glad you're enjoying it! lol I thought I was going to try to skip it, but I don't know what the hell I was thinking there. I'll be on tonight! lol

I don't whether to cave in and download the demo or not, or carry on waiting patiently until November 29th. I wanted to wait to see all the opening CG cinematic goodness until then, am trying to avoid the chapter 0 content and also the end of demo trailer. Must keep playing Titanfall 2 and finding other distractions haha

I can handle avoiding any form of media for the game but you entice me with an open segment of the first hour of the game that represents the final product AND has a Pro mode to boot.....I'm literally dying inside trying to avoid that xD

I hope you can stay strong.
I don't feel like I've lessened my experience with the final game since I'm only restricting myself to just idly walking around in the beginning part of the demo. Also skipped all cutscene lol.

having played duscae recently, there's something i missed.

UI, camera, sense of "heaviness", lightning...

other than that, gameplay is so much better now.
