Ok, Here we go.

The site I do some editing and reviews for - Cubed3 - is hosting its annual Readers' GOTY awards from today.

If it's okay with the mods here, I'd like to link to each poll in here as it's posted up, every three days. I won't spam any more than that about it, but just want to spread the word to wherever I can.

Cubed3's mostly a Nintendo-centric site, (despite us now moving into doing other platform reviews), so the awards are for games strictly on Nintendo platforms (3DS, Wii U and eShop).

Each poll will last for three days and will include: best graphics, multiplayer, music, story, 3DS game, Wii U game, eShop game, and finally, GOTY of 2013. It's based on games released in Europe, due to Cubed3 being based in the UK.

The first vote is for the best graphics of 2013. If you'd like to pop along and vote in the poll, please do, and share it around if you're even more generous :]

I don'ty think that would be an issue in my books Azuardo - maybe if you want make a separate thread for it though in the OT Discussion? That way it doesn't get lost in teh insanity that is OKHWG...

Ahh, well now you know! Think I started around early 2011. It's steadily branched out to cover not just Nintendo products now, which is kind of good for me, since I don't have a Wii U, and can focus on PS3 a lot more. Will have to get a Wii U eventually, now that some good stuff's trickling out, though!

But thanks, guys. I think I'll refrain from making a topic, in case it gets overlooked. I'll just make a new post in here when a new poll goes up every few days. Appreciate it :]

Ahaha ok. I guess that way Pokemon will not win everything. Just a little comment on the previous lists, I never thought I'd see a Pokemon game win a "best story" poll

Yeah, it's a shame because the Pokefans did seem to pass it around and manipulated the votes :/ Guess we just don't have the view count of something like IGN to ensure it doesn't happen though

I wish I could vote Bravely Default because I know it's gonna be great, but I don't have it yet. It was on sale over the summer on the Japanese eShop (like 50% off, really good) but I bought Fantasy Life on sale instead. Kinda wish I went with Bravely, since Fantasy Life really feels like it's supposed to be multiplayer.

Yeah, Bravely's really good. Make sure to get it eventually!

On a Nintendo site you never exactly have much to choose from in best story! Though my vote this year would go to Zelda. Really lovely story in that game.

Yeah, most of the franchises in Nintendo don't really have the in-depth stories necessary I think to win awards but they certainly set up some grandiose adventurin'.

At the moment my love for Donkey Kong has picked back up and I am going to play through Donkey Kong Returns on my new Triforce edition of the 3DS XL.

I cannot wait for Tropical Freeze. You can play as Cranky now in addition to Dixie! x2

I was ecstatic when Dixie was revealed. Best Kong. She's long been overdue a role again.

Loved the Wii version but those goddamn motion controls (I really dislike motion controls being gimmicked onto games that don't need them... and whatever other crap developers feel like shoving in, too. Looking at you, microphone wind instrument in Zelda Spirit Tracks --__--). Would be great to play it again without the fucking around with the Wii remote. In fact, I've just reminded myself that you can actually fix the motion controls to buttons on a modded Wii... which I have. I must try that some time.

So yeah, still alive. Hows it going, you lot?

Nearly on my christmas break, 3 hours of work to log on Monday and then I'm off till after after new years. I like this break thing, nice to have in a career job.
