Kingdom Hearts III - unlikely, I'm guessing they'll show it at D23 again
Dragon Quest XI - I'd be surprised, more likely at TGS or a private event
Theatrhythm Dragon Quest - maybe
Final Fantasy XII HD - Hopefully TGS
Final Fantasy VIII for PS4 - More likely at a random time
Something from division 7 - division 7 is known to outsource low budget console and handheld games like Star Ocean and Drakengard
Mana game - Rise of Mana producer hinted at a return to consoles for the series' 25th anniversary.
KH3D HD - Save it for D23 I say.

- Final Fantasy Explorers
- and some of the other smaller/unnanounced stuff you mentioned

That's the line up I'm expecting ( excluding stuff that's already out by the time):
- Final Fantasy XV
- Rise of the Tomb Raider
- Deus Ex: Mankind Divided
- Just Cause 3
- Dragon Quest Heroes
- Bravely Second
- Life is Strange
- mobile stuff

maybe
- KH 1.5+2.5 HD Collection for Ps4 + announcement of KH3D HD + teaser for KHIII / the D23 event
- one yet unannounced title ( maybe that Star Ocean thing)

But yeah it's a pretty good line up.

  1. FFXV story traliler & gameplay trailer (showing more mecanis such as magic) with a big MAYBE a realese window.
  2. KHIII short trailer showing characters model/world/graphics/gameplay (75% likely).
  3. Toriyama´s new game
  4. Deus Ex: Mankind Divided
  5. Dragon Quest Heroes
  6. Bravely Second
Unlikely:
  1. KHIII story trailer featuring Utada Hikaru new song & new voice cast (RIP M.Xehanort)

Possibly. Whatever it might be, we'll get to know it sooner than we think. The teaser site displayed the date April 15, 2015 and the word 'START'. It could very well mean an announcement happening very, very soon.
