this is just great more way to fuck up lightning and the ff13 world LR was not enough?

Well, LR tied up the loose ends. FF13-2 was more the game that messed things up - certainly in terms of the storyline.

It's a little dangerous to start doing novels after a story's been completely tied up, as seen with FFX 2.5. But, although I haven't read the FF7 novellas after ACC, I heard those simply expand on each character's new lives. That could be fine for FF13 here, but the worrying thing would be doing stupid shit like in FFX 2.5 and leaving a cliffhanger for a new game or something.
