I wish someday Square Enix releases a offline FFXI, adapting some of the storylines into an offline, cinematic adventure. Hey, I can dream... 40th Anniversary? :D

No spoilers. In fact, they desisted if telling too much about the endgame because they wanted gamers to experience it by themselves. They jusy said really good things awaited there.

They may even want to re-take a 'Project W'-esque approach and leave the designing of a new FF game to a western developer, Eidos or Crystal Dynamics maybe. Only time will tell, but it'd be very interesting to playa western made Final Fantasy game.
