Luna is Stella!? Or is Stella...Ahh, What!?

So, yeah I've been looking at the latest stuff coming from the upcoming Final Fantasy XV game and I'm still lost over one thing. Who is this Luna? From speculation on several articles, several people are in question in whether the newest addition, Luna, is just a newly named format of Stella Nox Flueret. While they do both have similar hair color it's not really certain for sure, for all we know Luna, might be someone else entirely. For me that is the case, Stella seems pretty important in the Final Fantasy XV story, in fact it only seems logical that Luna might be a younger or twin sis of Stella. What do you think? Also, noticing backlash from previous, saying that I give everyone my deepest apologies over that little mess.

It was confirmed awhile ago Luna was an entirely new and different character. Stella is still in the game as far as we know.
