Let's see here...

Nintendo
  • Xenoblade Chronicles X (I'm really feeling it!)
  • Star Fox (Do a barrel roll!)
  • Mario Maker (September release, obvious)
  • Fatal Frame 5 (announced for later this year)
  • Yoshi's Wolly World (fall for NA, earlier for others)
  • Devil's Third (development has been wrapping up, Itagaki will be at E3)
  • FE x SMT (it's time to start talking about it)
  • Project Giant Robot (haven't heard anything since E3 demo)
  • Paper Mario for Wii U (rumors and stuff)
  • Next Level Games new project (almost 2 years 2 months since last project, guessing Punch-Out!!)
  • Retro Studios new project (working on new project since November 2013, guessing Metroid)
  • Animal Crossing for Wii U (Nintendo's big holiday title for Wii U)
  • Zelda no show is a lie and will be at E3 (please god)
  • 3DS titles exclusive to New 3DS (can't just be Xenoblade Chronicles)
  • A remaster or remake of either a mainline Zelda or Mario game
  • Super Smash Bros. new character(s) announcement and other DLC (guessing Wolf will at least be one of those characters thanks to Star Fox being in the works)
  • A new Wii U game that Nintendo is publishing but is being developed by a independent developer. (Think The Wonderful 101, The Last Story and Devil's Third)
  • More new Amiibo announcements (thinking Star Fox amiibo series)
  • Project Treasure from Namco

Square Enix
  • Deus Ex: Mankind Divided
  • Rise of the Tomb Raider
  • Just Cause 3
  • Hitman 6
  • Dragon Quest Heroes
  • Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward
  • Final Fantasy XV (short trailer with a release window)
  • Kingdom Hearts 3 (will have a bigger presence then what most people probably expect)
  • Star Ocean Integrity and Faithlessness (think this is the JRPG Matsuda was talking about)
  • Localization announcements for Bravely Second, Final Fantasy Explorers and Mobius Final Fantasy
  • Final Fantasy XII HD (not 100% confident but pretty high up there)
  • Not expecting Dragon Quest XI
  • Dissidia Final Fantasy for PS4 (if it doesn't show up, it's because they don't want to hurt arcade sales)
  • No big Toriyama project for home consoles (he's poo gas)
  • Final Fantasy VII will make an appearance in some fashion (the question is will it piss people off or not?)
  • Kingdom Hearts 1.5/2.5 HD port for PS4 (I think it's inevitable even if it doesn't show up)
  • Stella/Luna shit for my own personal squirrely pleasure! :)

Other predictions
  • The Last Guardian will finally be revealed
  • Battletoads and Banjo-Threeie from Rare
  • Guerrilla Games new RPG IP
  • Resident Evil 7 (the next DmC)
  • Mass Effect 4
  • Mirror's Edge 2
  • Halo 5 (because it comes out this year)
  • Gears of War 4
  • Quantum Break
  • Uncharted 4
  • Scalebound
  • Street Fighter V
  • Another PSVita game being ported to PS4 (guessing Gravity Rush)

Unrealistic predictions
  • New Earthbound
  • New Chrono Trigger
  • Final Fantasy VI HD remake with Avatar visuals and the entire game world the size of Earth
  • F-Zero
  • Star Tropics
  • Castlevania
  • Silent Hills
  • Mega Man
  • Microsoft announces that they sold Rare back to Nintendo
  • Devil May Cry 5 and not DmC 2
  • Viewtiful Joe 3

Hopes:
  • Illusory Revelations #FE keeps its Japanese title in Europe and the US
  • Square Enix announces Dragon Quest VII and VIII 3D as well as SaGa 2015 for the West
  • Persona 5 gets a proper date and will be fully localized in Europe
  • Koei Tecmo releaes Yoru No Nai Kuni in the West, with retail versions on all consoles
  • Square Enix's new, still untitled jRPG is a handheld or PC game
  • Kingdom Hearts III has gained momentum in production, first proper trailer with the new engine, scheduled for 2016
  • Star Ocean: Integrity And Faithlessness will get a worldwide release in 2016
Predictions
  • Nintendo announces a first- or second-party title for the 3DS for Holiday 2015
  • Square Enix shows off Rise of Tomb Raider and Deus Ex Mankind Divided
  • Someone on the internet will complain about a game not being there (most likely the new Zelda) and someone will complain about the newest editions of Just Dance, Wonderbook or Rocksmith;)
@Squirrel Emperor: Nintendo of Germany just announced on their Twitter feed that Bravely Second is coming to Europe in 2016.

This micro direct seemed to be about getting the smaller stuff out of the way first. The stuff that won't really have much of an impact and buzz at E3.

I think Star Fox and Mario Maker will be the big focus though.

Not one to make predictions, but I'll go with the reasonably sure-fire Uncharted and Mass Effect HD trilogy announcements. Not bothered about Uncharted really, but would love an ME remastering, hopefully making for a seamless experience. Same gameplay across all games would be brilliant, too, but seems doubtful.

I guess Ryu will be announced for Smash.

Other than that, I think E3 will be crap. Least hyped I've ever been for the event; it's not the same any more. Directs and PSX are where it's at for fans now. As long as I keep my expectations drastically low, though, hopefully I'll come away somewhat pleased.

What do you think about the 3 HOURS PCgaming conference ? I´d say some games will be announced, more graphic cards for PC from "X" company.
I´m hearing a lot people saying that since SE will be present there, FFXV may possibly be announced for PC.

Also i spect a lot of filler in between minutes.
