Who's doing the PC ports of the XIII trilogy?

DotEmu handled the PC remasters of VII and VIII and the PC ports of III and IV and are likely going to continue to be Square Enix's mobile game porter for PC but who's been doing the XIII trilogy?

I wanted to check Steam or something, but I'm not in the right region to be doing so. The company's name should be listed in the credits, should it not?

They don't always list the porter.

I asked Square Enix Europe who did the PC ports for the FFXIII trilogy, this was their response.
