thanks for the artworks, they are amazing.

I kinda like a bit more the fact that Imsomnia gets conquered and destroyed, it just makes their burden heavier; they lost their home.

anyway... I think i just found out in the anime that Ifrit is Solheim deity; the banners of the imperial soldiers are the same in the demo, and you can read "SAF" on their airships (Solheim Air Force?). I believe this because Niflheim's sýmbol is a dragon, but here they are using another symbol.

I think some of us posted a similar theory some pages ago.

I really hope New Game + is more of a New Game -. I love how they did it in FFXII IZJS\

Thought Cid was Cindy's daddy, but 'too daddy' works too I guess.
She referred to him as Pappy, which can mean either father or Grandfather, but he was confirmed as her Grandfather a long time back.

BTW, something (very small and probably very stupid) I found in the Insomnia castle from the demo the first day I played (but only remembered now).

POTENTIAL STORY SPOILERS
:
I'm sure that many people might have already talked about this, but in the middle of the roundabout there's a rectangular silver plate on the floor. If you look at it, it says (I might be wrong in the number) "Rex Regis Lucis Caelum CXIII". It's probably nothing, but could it be his tomb? It certainly has the shape, although I guess it's kind of an odd place to bury someone, ESPECIALLY as he's not the only King Lucis has had (or will have, if Noctis continues the legacy).

Anyways, it's pretty obvious that Regis either dies or the rest of the characters think so, at least for a while (the ED ending, for example), so even if this is true, it's not like an unexpected twist or something has been ruined.

But as I said, it's most likely nothing (I can't provide pics for the former right now, but yeah).

Also, in the JP trailer:
(1:18). For a moment I thought that was his father's body, but it looks like it's a Niflheim soldier. And it really seems that we might return to Lucis sooner in the game than I expected. That'd be pretty cool, I really want to explore the inside of the palace and, especially, some districts of the city.

Hey everyone, sorry I'm a bit behind (Uncovered was definitely incredible btw! I got to (by chance) meet Akio Ofuji in the stairwell, and also by chance set across from Geoff Keighley in the audience! Then, all those surprise appearances, wow unforgettable, not to mention the content unveil of the game itself).

(I've also posted it on Twitter) Here's something I've noticed while playing the demo:

Fly car concept in 2011?

Very similar car on shown in the last trailer.

And, about that content, the reason I picked these three posts is they seem to drive home the point about how even though the game is seemingly very different from what we thought before, it would seem that the World itself-even still named Eos from the Versus days (more on that in a bit), is still nearly identical (with certain details changed or maybe just updated?).

The big bang Amano art was created when Versus was born, yet they showed it for the first time last week (meaning it was relevent 10years ago and still is now!) ....

The Japanese trailer showing a brief bit of dapper Regis reconfirming he still looks like this (at least somewhere in Noct's childhood)...

The Kingsglaive trailer with the standoff scene identical minus character redesigns...

The interesting catch earlier in this thread about
Regis's tomb being in the E3 2013 and the Platinum Demo, indirectly confirms that the E32013 Insomnia combat footage was not chronalogically during the Insomnia invasion (as was in Versus) and indeed then, the story details about Noct not being present for treaty party were changing while Nomura was still in charge!
...

The catch that in the demo
nursery scene with the cards the words Fabula Nova Crystalis are present...is this yet another nod that Etro (even if renamed may still exists in this?)
...

And this latest catch, that the original design of the Regalia is still present in the design of the cars found in Insomnia, again just like we saw in the Versus XIII 2008 extended trailer....

Finally, about Eos, the name being Greek, and (see Koozek's theory post about the game in general and just like all Final Fantasies, its logos significance http://www.mognetcentral.com/threads/final-fantasy-xv-general-news-thread.3288/page-88#post-30500) and the fact the name of the world has been the same from the beginning....

I love that as much as Uncovered was a blowout unveiling, there is still an extraordinary amount of mystery regarding plot details everywhere and I love that. Here we come E3 2016!

That looks more like a behemoth honestly than Ifrit. I can't tell what that thing is to the left of it though. Any ideas?.

It's nice to see people finding these different things that point to Nomura making a lot of the changes people blamed Tabata for and got annoyed over. I always assumed that Nomura made most of these changes, it's just funny to see it all come to light now in a way that we can back up with evidence from these new reveals.

I was guilty of that myself, but I have definitely come around, especially after all the evidence has mounted up since the January ATR and especially Uncovered and since then:) I never disliked Tabata completely, but now I really do feel we have the evidence we had been looking for that the changes, at least most of then took place when the project became Final Fantasy XV under Nomura, which for the record, is what Tabata-san has said consistently all along.

Really, I'm just happy that what we are seeing now with Final Fantasy XV is the final thing and we won't be seeing things change further since the project is in its final stages finally!!

Hmm, that's a lot of
instances and variations on the word final, lol

I thought you might be interested in hearing some additional details about Kingsglaive, especially new things that have been disclosed on the story page: http://kingsglaive-jp.com/story/
• Lucis and Niflheim have been at war for a very long time.
• Up until now, Kingsglaive have held back Niflheim forces using magic (granted by the crystal, I presume), but Niflheim has continued to advance farther.
• In the midst of this overpowering show of strength, Regis is forced to make a bitter decision: have Prince Noctis wed Princess Lunafreya of Tenebrae, which is under Niflheim control, as well as give up all remaining lands outside of Insomnia.
• Nyx heads toward Insomnia, now changed into an unrecognizable battlefield, to engage in a battle that means life or death for the king.

Edit: the reason I bold Lunafreya's title is that in Japanese, she's always been referred to as the Lady Lunafreya (well, she's called that in English, too), but apparently her title change is pretty big and sudden and has caught a lot of JP users off-guard.

The Nights are getting longer+during the Versus era we only ever saw Insomnia in darkness+ Nyx means night in Latin+the king is named Regis (which means king in latin) obviously is going to die+in Insomnia the inhabitants worshipped reapers (death) during the Versus era=FFXV Kingsglaive is basically Versus (minus Stella) with updated character models. Did I get that right? :p

Thanks Rin:)
