@Jubileus I was eye rolling over that, its basically someone admitting to being nonsensicly stubborn over a product that didn't lit their expectations on fire, despite having a clear choice of dropping it earlier on. Was complete cringe reading such a poor reason.

"It's interesting considering, from a metacritic standpoint, FFXV is the lowest scoring core flagship release, as in a full numbered entry, aside from online based, in quite some time."

FF1, FF2, FF3, XIII-2, Lighning Returns.... yeah do an actual fact check next time, mate.
You can't count 1,2,3 as those weren't the original NES versions, when people say lowest rated mainline, they mean
1. on the console they first came out on, so no remakes
2. No sequels, they aren't considered mainlines.

I am thankful that TBT is silent about Episode Prompto, for I am against "Spoil-to-market" approach. And I think that it will be a hit because it is Prompto (that's one reason given). but I'm starting to get worried, it's like the annoying child who suddenly got quiet.

I'll probably regret this, but I'm intrigued as to what image it was? I'll get a good laugh out of it at least.
It was a brief itinerary of who from SE was going to be speaking at the event, and what games they were going to present.

From what I remember there's going to be a FFXV ATR, multiple game showcases, and Nomura will be speaking about... something.

"They don't care about fan feedback" some people say... lol

Obviously they do.

The most important part of that update: "The update will add a new tofu-based dish to Ignis’ recipes"

Yeahhh new recipeh!
Ray Chase's delivery of Ignis's line - the Carnival - got a hearty laugh out of me.

It appears SE is using the post-launch phase to experiment with some GaaS concepts - and crowdsourcing ideas is one of them. They currently don't have a second "season" of DLC announced (though E3 is right around the corner), so I'm interested on how they plan on incorporating fan feedback into future updates. Personally, I hope there's enough demand for one (even the Update That Shall Not Be Named), since I'd love to spend more time with these guys.

Well one DLC that Tabata has (kinda?) confirmed was the Ardyn one since he did say they plan on doing that.

I think the survey results are going to determine what the "second season" of DLC will be.

I for one, will be asking them to show the full backstory of the Astrals and more of the father son relationship they talked about before launch.

Throw in a Cor DLC that showcases what Regis' journey and character was like when he was young cuz why not lol.

i'll ask for a jared episode, guy needs more screentime and backstory.
I think this can be fixed with Gladio dropping some exposition, recording a few lines would be enough.

EDIT: Food for thought.
I think It's inevitable that due to resources some story elements won't be fully flesh out in the way some of us might like and instead might have to go for a "cheap" route, with that said what elements do you think must go the "fully" flesh out route and what elements you have no problems with them going for the "cheap" route?
