I would prefer having a Diamond Weapon around the city. Making you to go around the subway to evade the encounter. Then when you kill it you're free to drive outside with the car.
But having both would be even better obviously.

Said there's two sets of extra lines per party member in chapter 9. I'm drawing a blank on chapter 5, and I'm busy right now to go over to Reddit and check my inbox currently as it's in there somewhere. He said he found scrapped stuff (or what he believes to be scrapped) for chapter 9 as it is anyway.

Not for the Glauca stuff, that's for sure. He's already spoiled me, but I'm just following his requests to not post spoilers and he's not mentioned Glauca so he's either not seen enough to get around to having a look, or just hasn't seen anything else.

As far as I know, no Diamond Weapon. OG said there's some sort of reference that he's talking as probably being a nod at Ultros in Kingsglaive, but it's not really main game. It's in regard to Weskham in Comrades.

I'm insanely curious as to what this scrapped stuff was?

Cutscenes? Extra areas? Dialogue?

Chapter 9 seriously needs an overhaul.

The only perceptible difference of the 2 timelines is Ravus being alive.

Probably Ravus did the sacrifices instead of Noctis.

We know that the Kings of Yore chose to give the power of the ring at the ones they feel worthy. If Ravus redeems, he could surpass the test of kings and do the sacrifice.
It's only theorizing. But at least is linking dots. Right now that ending enters into fanfiction.

He mentioned cutscenes, as well as what seem to be disabled quest objectives. He hasn't confirmed about if they're disabled or not, but I still wouldn't get any hopes up. This is the kind of thing he was meaning when he said he saw what he was considering as earlier content, or so I assume.

He also mentioned that he's found another side-quest objective floating around, as well as items and other things. That's what he's currently doing, and sorting out his notes. Though it's more of a factor of sending them to me so I can try and tidy them up for him.

I have so many tabs open right now, it's ridiculous.

Whether it be earlier content that is no longer in the game, or future updates, how very interesting to know that there was meant to be more to chapter 9.

Oh man, I wonder if the disabled quests have got to do with either Luna, or the towns outside of Altissia along the mountains?

Better not be more hunts or fetch quests. No more of those!

First of all, that 'if' ending is really fanfiction and will stay, no matter what. Even Tabata with Aramaki said that the main game end is CANON. What you want for Ravus is the same thing as some people wanted happy end for everyone, you want them to make your fanfiction true. Even if this will be alternative realm, you suggesting to change Ravus status, his personality. Heck, not only this, you suggest to change everything what was happened before in Kingsglaives. Because if they wont do it, it will be so silly like that alternative ending in Ignis Ch.2 and you may not like it even. Try to look at bigger picture and understand, how many things they must do, so it would look logical and not like Deux-EX

OG said story related for the objectives, and also a bit more of Ravus. Side quest (I'm not sure if it's one or multiple, his wording was rather confusing) seems to be more on the Lucis side of things, rather than Altissia or Tenebrae.

I think he's going to share whatever else he's found soon.

It makes me wonder, are they going to add these into the game if these were former content?

The files are already there. They've confirmed that they won't be doing the character episodes anymore, so I'm taking a guess here that the updates will be similar in nature to that of the Royal Pack.

If so, it's likely they'll be adding in stuff that they had to put aside to rush the game out of the gate back during release day. This could be one of those things.

Not sure, because he said that it was more than one thing he spotted. We'll be able to see what he's been looking at soon, I hope.

Just the problem is that this is the Benchmark he's been poking at, so while it says there's files... they may not end up being there in the retail one so we will need to wait on OG to have a glance at the retail one. I know he's going to do it anyway.

It would be cool if they did, I wouldn't complain about more of Ravus or Aranea.

The thing is i was answering someone about how they should deal with that because the firsts google translations looked like they were saying about going to adress this subject.
And i gave the simplest way to deal with that, so they don't waist time or resources into this information.
So, i don't want that content or eithers bother me if they left things as they are.

In other hand. You're thinking i'm saying they have to change KingsGlaive when i'm saying "probably Noctis gives the ring to Ravus in Verse 2 when they meet in the Citadel and he puts it for a second time. Then he's aproved by the kings, sits in the throne, dies and defeat Ardyn. Letting Noctis live.

Anything should be changed, neither needs to be changed, neither i want to be changed.
If they want to explain the "what if" this is the simplest way. Just a line saying "Nox Flourete and Lucis Caellum are different branches of the same family".
