Found some weather effects that reminded me of a certain trailer...

bazztek will explain you better, but the kingsglave and crownguard are different security divisions

the first works to guard the king and are deployed to special missions, while the other is tasked to guard civilians; the hunters are ex-crownguard soldiers that decided to leave insomnia once regis decided to stop protecting the territories of lucis and only cast the magic barrier in the city... if im not mistaken.

If they update Gralea a little so that we can walk after the train through the abandoned city, this could be the weather effect across the city ruins as we make our way to Zegnautus Keep..

more or less, the flying daemon is used but i can't recognize the place itself; the construction looks similar to the giant drill in cartanica.

That's interesting, where did you test this red-colored weather type? This reminds me of the effects the Nidus bring upon when they appear, especially the particles.

That was in OOB Cartanica, there's no particles though, it's just lights, it was during night time.

Oh, okay, but there were red tints in Comrades when Nidus were out on the area, perhaps it's that? But who really knows for sure. I would like to see a video on this red-colored weather type, I'm curious.

He gets the Omen dream when you first arrive at the Leville in Lestallum if I'm not mistaken, it's a mandatory rest stop in the story and this is what it looks like.

Also I don't think the Omen timeline fits with Iggy's Verse 2 ending since Omen ends with everything in ruin and Noctis himself being responsible for bringing about the apocalypse. Iggy's Verse 2 while indeed puzzling and having a possibility of a dark truth (mostly just based on speculation tbh) is far more hopeful than Omen and even the main Verse's ending. Also while I'm not too torn up about Noctis' ability to see dead people being removed (which he kinda does retain even if it's only in regards to Luna) it's mostly the importance of his dreams being so watered down in the final product that gets me. It would be great if we were given playable dream portions that let us see the events of Kingsglaive as a playable premonition to Noctis in place of the current montage we have and if we were later given some of his memories of Insomnia to play through as short sequences as well as maybe some other memories like the initial invasion of Tennebrae when he was a child. It just kinda makes Platinum Demo feel entirely irrelevant story wise and the Omen very out of left field for Noctis to see with the way his dreams are handled at the moment because there's barely any weight to that aspect of the character within the story despite it being constantly referenced and acknowledged in one way or another. It just never amounts to anything with the way things are now. Hell the best dream sequence in XV belongs to Prompto of all people despite it not being a central aspect of his character. Anyways I'm all for more dream sequences with the KG montage being replaced with a playable invasion segment and maybe the Omen one becoming a playable version of it or being outright replaced with another playable dream sequence.

thank youuu, I COMPLETLY forgot about it! About seeing Luna's ghost, meh I think that's nothing special because Ravus can see her ghost too It's more because they were close and she was Oracle than his special powers. Speaking of Platinum Demo, I got super interested when Carbuncle said that there is someone who doesn't want Noctis to wake up Ofc we got no explanation later (what a surprise). For Omen in his dreams I think that it was just Square clever way to put already pretty rendered long trailer into the game...since they already had it :/

Other than this place, resetera, & the FFXV subreddit - are there any other good places anyone knows for FFXV discussions? There used to be the GAF, but that place died this past fall.

I would say that this is the best place that I found. Reddit is waay to messy and Resetera doesn't have so many active people.

I think the red weather and blood moon could’ve potentially been an earlier look for the starscourge’s effect on the the environment before they went with just plain darkness
