Final Fantasy IV music question

Now when Matrix Software developed the full remake of FFIV for DS they did some work on the soundtrack/music obviously, but what exactly did they do? It seems like quite a bit since FFIV: TCC has the option to switch between the DS music and SNES music.

Now when Matrix Software developed the full remake of FFIV for DS they did some work on the soundtrack/music obviously, but what exactly did they do? It seems like quite a bit since FFIV: TCC has the option to switch between the DS music and SNES music.

Junya Nanako rearranged the soundtrack with an updated sound chip. It just has a "newer" sound to it, but it still totally stays true to the original.
They also recorded a vocalized version of Theme of Love.
