Through a trailer, SQEX had announced that they are bringing a port collection the first three Seiken Densetsu games (SD FF Gaiden/Final Fantasy Adventure, SD2/Secret of Mana, SD3) to the Nintendo Switch. It's out in Japan on June 1, 2017. Here are details from the site itself, and below is a trailer for your enjoyment.
Who knows, this port collection might end up being released overseas, which would give us Westerners the first chance to play the third official Mana title. But that's just my wild hope.

Given that this is a Square Enix series they themselves don't seem to care that much more about other than bringing it up once in a blue moon - there hasn't been a new SD game released in the West for a decade (last year's remake of the original SD1 notwithstanding) - yeah, it's just a wild hope. Sorry.
