Sakaguchi gets the Japanese trademark for "Terra Battle" http://gamestalk.net/sakaguchi-hironobu-2/

Very interesting. I've noticed many Mistwalker trademarks are owned by the publishers used (N, MSFT) and not Sakaguchi himself.

I'm guessing Terra Battle is the third iOS title then. He did say he was planning to make three iOS games and we've only seen two (Party Wave and Blade Guardian) so far.
