I asked Takashi Tokita, the head of division 9 if cloud saving was coming to a pair of his games. He confirmed to me cloud saving is coming to the iOS & Android versions of Final Fantasy IV: The After Years and Final Fantasy Dimensions after Final Fantasy IV. Tokita produced these two titles after he directed Final Fantasy IV's 3D remake.
