Which song do they use in place of Leona's My Hands in the JP vers?

If I'm not wrong, they used "Kimi ga Iru Kara" instead of "My Hands":

And in the part with Serah and Snow (and the fireworks), they didn't use "Serah's Theme" but another song whose name I don't have yet. Also, there are changes to the lyrics of some songs.
I wish we got this version in the beggining. I still don't know what were Square Enix thinking when they decided to licence a non-FF song for the game.

EDIT 2: My God. Even Vanille feels like a more enjoyable character with Japanese voice acting. Please, let Final Fantasy XV come with Japanese voice options! >_<

Huh. Wait - does even the English language 'version' use the original songs, with My Hands gone? Or does that only happen when you've selected Japanese subs and the like?

The other song is Eternal Love also by Sugawara Sayuri.
