With thougher enemies (bump their levels). Currently i can oneshot pretty much everything with one warp-strike.

I think character levels go back down to 1 when you do NG+, with only equipment, ascension abilities, and items carrying over.

You can try using the level stopper to make the game tougher in your second playthrough.
