Hey, I'm in chapter 14, OMW to the finale here and there's this great big bad ass monster that seems too strong to be a normal story enemy. I am not strong or patient enough to kill that beast right now. Can I skip it, complete the story and then go back and kill it, or kill it now or my chance is gone forever?

Same thing with the demo wall. I've only seen it the once, early in chapter 14, but didn't have the patience to kill it. I should be able to come back to that spot at night and take it out, right?

I don't think you can go back to the demon wall (Which I also skipped), but what enemy are you talking about? There's a couple of end game bosses in Chapter 15 in Insomnia?

First one you see. Started with an I, level 74 or so, but it has this huge area effect laser move it does on you that was hitting me for 8400. Maybe it's something you're supposed to dodge, but I just didn't wanna mess with it for now.

And I did skip it and I did beat the game. Now I can properly research stuff on my own without having to worry about spoilers!

The demon wall doesn't drop anything (at least he didn't for me) and the exp he gives isn't worth it.

Is that the deathclaw variant?

Not sure about it but the Behemoth King doesn't seem to respawn.

Yeah, I think it was a deathclaw variant. Good to know about the demon wall not dropping anything of note, though. But I still want to try to see if I can get it to pop again just to kill it for the hell of it.

If you step back outside after you kill that behemoth, though, you get 2 red giants to fight instead. I do believe that's the fight I will use to try to master to put up on youtube at some point.

When you reload make sure to head back to the beginning of Insomnia. There's a powerful new enemy that drops a unique weapon.

Oh, I reloaded alright.

Then hopped in my new Type F Regalia and flew around for like 2 hours, lol.

Today, I shall research and plan out my post-game attack, then the real game begins!

Lol, I just finished it a wee while ago too.

I did a lap of Eos but it bugged my game out and it went into an infinite load screen.

I have all my armiger arsenal so I might get stuck into to vault dungeons this week.

XV has, by quite a long-shot, the best dungeons in the series, imo.

I've still got 2 or 3 armiger swords to go. I have a TON of hunts to do. I have optional dungeons to unlock. I have pretty much all of the side quests left untouched. I have a lot, lot lot of fishing to do, lol.

I agree with the dungeons. They do a great job of selling the atmosphere so far in the ones I've seen. I can't wait to do more tonight, I just don't know where to start.

BTW, why won't Ezma give me my key? She just does small talk. Did I miss a quest to get this started?

Edit: apparently, there are dungeons I've got access to now that I haven't finished. Maybe my first step should be to get the rest of the armiger weapons...

Edit again: OMG, there's sooooo much left to do! Holy shit.
