"Also mentions adding Luna if they can."

They are kidding, right? Its supposed to be their main focus first, after everything they did to her in the actual game. Damn SE.
That's my tweet lol. I just want to clarify that I only said that because it wasn't mentioned in the original tweet. A proper translation by a trustworthy translator should make things more clear.

It also matches up with the DLC producer saying that they will consider making Luna playable if there's enough demand for it. It seems to imply being playable in the co-op DLC though.

Doesn't sound like valid reason to me. Especially when they showed that she actually have some sort of holy magic, also that magic shield from Omen trailer. There is alot that they can do. Really bothers me. Characters like Iris and Aranea got their time in the actual game, and yet still is their priority is made them playable over Luna in DLC's.
Maybe they want implement more Luna in the actual game, with actual episode about her and more cutscenes, but i don't know.
I think the intention with Luna was to make every scene with her really matter. Her scenes are some of the most detailed and beautiful scenes in the game, and made me feel like Noctis and want to meet her. Whether it works for everybody or not is a different story though.

Even for her lack of screen time and personality, she became my favourite FF heroine and I played almost all of them. I really like her character design and facial expressions.

I would love an Episode Luna DLC or something similar, even if doesn't involve her fighting. I think the developers will consider it if there's enough noise about. So if people keep festering the developers about it they might listen.

Sorry i doesn't want to offend you somehow. I know what are you talking about, its still just weird to me. "If demand is high", like Cor or Iris demands for DLC is already higher than Luna, i can't believe that.

No offence taken:). A proper translation and more news should clarify why it's just considered instead of
planned. The fighting models for Cor/Iris/Aranea being already in the game seems to be the main reason why they're planned. In the Ultimenia interview he's just talking about Co-op though.

More than that, I want something like the bros DLC episodes from Luna's point of view. Even if it's just her talking to Gentiana or Ravus. I understand that they wanted to make the player feel like Noctis and not know much about her, but a separate episode could work and tell us more about her personality. It could also delve into the Astrals and Orcale lore, so two birds with one stone.

Tabata seems to be the type of person to listen to popular requests. If the FF community could somehow unite and keep asking for it, it could happen.

They could just show her point of view until ch.9, full astrals awakening sequenses instead of brief ones, also show how she get Gentiana's favor first, more of her with Ravus, alot of stuff that they can do. But my expectations is low about it at this point. I will be happy if they atleast properly patch more cutscenes with her. Same comes to Ravus.

episode luna is the minimal they should do after
so little screen-time and a perfect opportunity to include a partial explorable tenebrae without interfering the main plot, also i like to think she had her fair share of battles until she went to altissia.

Personally, I would prefer character based episodes. One thing I really liked about the game is how almost all of it is from Noctis's point of view, or something he hears about.

Episode Luna to learn about her and the lore. Episode Aranea to see the Tenebrae invasion. Episode Cor where we learn about the refugees from Insomnia. Seems like an interesting concept, I hope SE is considering it. We have to see how the season pass episodes work out though.

The problem is that it's a lot of work and money. I see a lot of dislike for her, but also a lot people that do like her on social media, etc. We need to convince the developers that there is demand for more Luna. I say this because they didn't mention it in their long term plan.

If only there's a good way to show this demand to the developers.

They have a feedback forum where people can post their ideas and thoughts.

Of course there are trolls there so it would be wise to word your thread title and content within appropriately if you want the SE staff to read it.

It was under maintenance last I checked. Not sure when it's coming back online.

All over
Some of the staff members liked the game (our mod Alex), just not enough to call it their GOTY.
I liked @APZonerunner's review - I happen to agree with most of the points, but the negatives were far outweighed by the characters and core gameplay.

Interesting in the Ray Chase video above - he was openly speculating about the
WoR
being explorable. I hope they go hog-wild in expanding this game - I want so much more of the world and characters.

Especially its funny how RPGSite really dislike FFXV, and their readers love it. Lol.
If you actually listened to the damn podcast you'd have heard that FF15 only just fell short of the top three for best big screen RPG of the year, but given in how many ways the game felt incomplete several staff didn't think it was top 3 material and it's based on consensus across nearly ten members of staff. We also gave it runner up in best visual design and it won best soundtrack and spent nearly 20 minutes debating back and forth in the best story category on if how impressive and strong the four guys' were was enough to balance out where the story is bad (we decided no, so it didn't make the top three - but how impressive the guys were was noted). We gave it an 8/10, which is in line with the game's critic average [81] and a point higher than our average score (which is 71).

Like, seriously, where the fuck do you get this from? It's actually mad. Just because we don't want to blinker ourselves to problems and bury our heads in the sand doesn't mean we hate something; being able to objectively take a step back is what being a critic is about. We did twenty two articles/guide pages on FF15 in the month of December, each over 800 words. None of them trashed it. Not one.

Final Fantasy XV brings back some of what made FF special to begin with - it's bold and brave, throwing caution to the wind to try to make a statement about what big budget Japanese RPGs can be going forwards. It's rough around the edges, but that's okay: where it counts, it's got plenty of heart.
http://www.rpgsite.net/review/5107-final-fantasy-xv-review
But, yeah. We fuckin' hate it. Alrighty then. They really dislike it!! :hahaha::hahaha:

Open your damn eyes, god damn. More than anything it's insulting to the work we do. This kind of crap is why so many people find the knee-jerk over-defensive sect of the fanbase (who have existed for both 13 and 15) just as insufferably bad as the negative nancies.

It's the sort of shit that honestly makes me want to change so that I spend my time when I get time with people like Tabata and Nomura asking about really mainstream stuff that'll just traffic with non-fans, because no matter how many years I've spent asking the niche stuff the fans care about there's never really any appreciation; just indifference and then crying the moment you dare be critical. I've grown up in the fan community and adore it (why else would I set up this place, a money sink?), but so many people have completely lost their ability to take a step back. I don't know what happened (other than FF's general slump in popularity) but it never used to be like this. It's this dumb, childish, downright stupid elementary school of "you're either with us or you're our enemy!!" attitude. It's fuckin' old, and it's enough to drive people away, frankly.

And yeah, I'm actually pissed off about this, because zero has been done to earn it. Just mental perceived slights. I and the site am not above criticism, and we take a lot of it via twitter and email and adjust accordingly, but I want to be criticized for stuff we've actually done, not imaginary bullshit.

Some of the staff members liked the game (our mod Alex), just not enough to call it their GOTY.
Or this, yes. Thank you. We liked the game plenty. I would've thought that'd be abundantly clear from the praise we've broadly speaking heaped on it ever since Duscae apart from criticizing the performance of the awful master disc demo (which was delayed for good reason) and criticizing the general and widely accepted issues with the final game.

APZ, a question.

What is your personal opinion on the tweet reactions towards the RPGSite reader's choice awards 2016 winner in the link i posted on the previous page?

@APZonerunner I don't even know why wrote this wall of text honestly. Don't know about your RPGSite general consensus about the game, and its don't even matter for me, i just remember how much hate game has recieved back to august from your staff members. Zack Reese for example, his salty tweets is always funny to read.
