the new sword featured in the pc launch trailer was "found" (through editing).

hopefully it'll be available in the future as a timed quest reward, i like its classic design.

edit:

some pc shots from resetera:

about the rock of ravathog, there's a new dialogue with talcott in comrades where he confirms legends about Ifrit's corpse being buried in the volcano (actually the source of the lava was his body i think, it was probably just a normal mountain before); FFchocobo also found another lore text confirming this.

edit2:

multiple colors for Magitek Exosuits mod

I also went to Chapter 10 through Chapter Select, and found this for the Datalog in regards to Cartanica, it's insightful for it was used for, and it's pretty sad in regards on how the empire treated it.:

"Desolate district in the eastern reaches of the western continent. The railway that transects imperial territory still stops at this station, but few board the Magna Fortia from Cartanica these days.

The elevated railroad offers an expansive view of the surrounding area. Retaining walls hold back soil on the Succarpe mountain slopes, while gas and oil fields pepper the ground below. The famed Fodina Caestino can also be seen from the station, with an elevator providing direct access.

Niflheim sought to recover and restore the magiteknology of old as the key to insuring the nation's future prosperity--but mass production of said magiteknology required enormous quantities of oil and coal. Thus, the empire set it's sights on Cartanica, a once-lively town rife with natural fuels. After the empire had it's fill, however, the city was left a shell of it's former self, drained of it's resources and devoid of human life."

This was intriguing, and as a person who likes Cartanica, I feel bad for the area, now that I've seen it. It also sheds a little light a little on the creation of the Niflheim empire's magiteknology in this game.

Demon Ardyn mod

Ugh, I'd love to at least been able to have fought this form before actually killing him.

The main problem with the final fight is that it is shorter and easier than the other 5 final fights in the game lol. They should have jacked up his fight with this form.

Edit: Maybe Episode Ardyn unlocks something for beating his portion of story. Who knows

lol he said in another tweet he quit the industry because of his experience with Square, wonder what happened
As any other "model" he probably has a low IQ or is stuck up. Sounds like a highschool princess who is full of herself and is bitcin' at everyone lol.

I feel like if they had any intention of giving him a new phase they would have done it in the Royal Edition already, and since there appears to have been nothing new on Ardyn in the Datamine i somewhat doubt he'll get a big update beyond the certain new moves imo.

Wow, I'm amazed XIII's the highest ranking title out of the FFs present.

EDIT: I've since learnt it's actually the lowest rated of the lot, which is more in line with expectations. Misinterpreted the numbers.

wow the departure mission in Comrades was great!

felt so satisfying to play as noctis with this improved system, especially because you dont need to pause the battles everytime to heal
And the muuuusiiiiiic :bawling:

The bigger the number the lower on the list it is. XIII is the lowest ranking of the bunch.
