Yes, unless they'd finally do a german dub ( like in KH 1 + 2). xD
But It depends on the game ( and if the spoken language is english or japanese). I try to turn them off as often as possible. If I do a second run I usually turn the subtitles off.

Even though i know english i tend to play the games with english subtitles, cause sometimes i don't catch some bits of information in time.

Yes because of Disney.^^ It was extremely well done though, too bad that they didn't do it for the Handheld spin offs. I hope KHIII will have one again.
