It might be possible. I can just imagine if, in the scene at the E3 2013 trailer, Noctis uses a summon to battle Leviathan. If what Tabata, or I think Nomura, said that Levi is one of the strongest summons, then it's practical to use another summon to weaken, or possibly defeat Levi.
