Terribly sad news, as he seemed the type of celebrity who was incredibly down to earth. In addition to Trek and KH, I spent many hours hearing his voice read stuff out in Civilization IV. RIP.

At least he lived a long life. I'll remember him most as Galvatron in Transformers The Movie and Master Xehanort in Kingdom Hearts.
