The following are my predictions for what each of Square Enix's business divisions will be working on this generation. This includes some projects they outsource.
Division 1 (Kitase)
Final Fantasy VII (PlayStation 4) April 2014
Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster (PlayStation 4) May 2014
Mevius Final Fantasy (iOS & Android) June 2014
Final Fantasy VIII (PlayStation 4) Late 2015
Final Fantasy XIII Collection (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One) 2016 or 2017
Toriyama's new title
If Toriyama's new title is not for PS4 & Xbox One, I'd expect one later on. Personally I hope for FFX-3.
Division 2 (Tabata)
Final Fantasy Type-0 HD (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One) Already locked in.
Final Fantasy Agito/Agito+ (iOS, Android/PlayStation Vita) 2015
Final Fantasy XV Episode Duscae (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One) Before E3
Final Fantasy XV (PlayStation 4, Xbox One & PC) 2016
A sequel to XV would not surprise me.
Division 3 (Hashimoto)
Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 & 2.5 ReMIX (PlayStation 4) 2016
Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance HD remaster (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One) 2016
Theatrhythm Kingdom Hearts (Nintendo 3DS) 2016
Kingdom Hearts III (PlayStation 4, Xbox One & PC) 2017
Division 4 (Hazama)

A new Dissidia (PlayStation 4, Xbox One & maybe PC) 2017
Division 5 (Yoshida)

FFXIV expansion pack in 2017.
