If you've obtained the Chapter 1, Chapter 18 and the Platinum trophies for VII Remake then you should have received an email with redeemable codes. If you haven't (make sure you have enabled Sony to contact you via your linked email adress on PSN) then you can get in touch with your countries PlayStation support team, online chat or via phone. Make sure to have proof of identity and photo evidence of your trophies!
