According to Final Fantasy Japan's recent tweet, the next ATR is set to be on the 28th of April (which is a Tuesday).

The ATR will be live at 3.00 pm JST (Japan Standard Time).
The ATR will be focusing on the FFXV Duscae Demo's player feedback and Type-0 HD.

Most likely it'll be about Type-0 HD's sales in which they have successfully shipped over One million copies.

*EDIT*
The Youtube livestream of April 28th's ATR is now up.

The livestream:

There's a countdown timer on it so for those who are still unknown as to when the ATR will commence in your area, that shouldn't be the problem no more.

There's also a post regarding the ATR via Square Enix blog JP.

The post: http://blog.jp.square-enix.com/sep_japan/2015/04/000961.html

To sum up, the ATR will be disussing based on the player feedback of the FFXV Duscae Demo with the use of Q&As and the breakdown of them.

Feels like an eternity since the last ATR even though it's been only ~4 weeks. Gonna be interesting to see which things they're already going to address. 3pm JST is also a very comfortable time for me.

btw I wonder how the digital Type-0 HD version performed.

We never get digital sale numbers sadly.

It is strange how Type-0 HD is being brought up again. The game's released. There really isn't much to cover. Maybe Agito+ news as Sora stated? Would be only thing that makes sense.

That's possible, but highly unlikely. Tabata's clearly focused on immediate projects. Final Fantasy XV and Final Fantasy Agito+ fit that bill. Type-1/Type-NEXT, while happening, is something we will likely not see in full until 2017. Or post-XV release at the earliest.

I feel they'd bring up Type 1 because of the trailer and they do like discussing and reiterating stuff like trailers released. I know when they released the FF XV English dub trailer and they've discussed voices in ATRs. Then again FF XV is an immediate project but i still feel Type 1 would be brought up in some way, shape or form. Another thing that'll be brought up including the FF XV camera /lock on is the Demo's minor bugs and obviously the reception of the battle system. I know for sure ill cover the ATR. If youre behind in Final Fantasy XV news please help yourself to my library of Final Fantasy XV News content videos and such. https://www.youtube.com/user/aliahsanchannel/featured

Maybe they will, though i wonder if the TYPE series will be all under Tabata´s control ? Until he finishes FFXV another guy (Toriyama or Kitase) cool direct TYPE-NEXT and then Tabata return to work with this new branch in the franchise.

The ATR is titled "Player Feedback," so talk about Type-0 HD will likely be kept to a minimum.

Though the stream is targeted toward the Japanese audience, I hope Tabata will also review some of the feedback from the overseas players during this broadcast.
There was a press release about it from Square Enix NA.

And the implication is that Type-0 HD will be discussed? Or that overseas feedback will also be addressed? I don't follow.
After welcoming players to share their feedback and experiences with the FINAL FANTASY XV ‑EPISODE DUSCAE‑ demo through a recent survey, SQUARE ENIX® also announced a player feedback special of its Active Time Report with Director Hajime Tabata. The broadcast will take place at 11:00 p.m. (PDT) on April 27th, with Tabata discussing some of the feedback and opinions submitted by players, as well as detailing some of the ways the development team plans to address them. Fans are invited to visit the FINAL FANTASY TYPE-0 HD Facebook Page for more details, at: http://www.facebook.com/finalfantasytype0

In 2014, FF Type-0 HD was mostly addressed in the Active Time Reports with FFXV details kept to a minimum. Now, I think it'll be the other way around.
