That's awesome. Do you know how he was able to use Carbuncle?.
Carbuncle seems to function similarly to King Mickey in KHII -- he shows up sometimes when you die to revive you. The demo apparently set his odds of appearing at 100%, though, which is unlikely to reflect the actual game.

(It'd actually be kind of neat if they gave people who were really bad at the game but wanted to experience the story that option, though -- I'd actually been wondering why FF didn't do that sort of thing.)

I noticed in the demo that when you are about to die something happens and your health gets completely restored plus you get defense buffs but I didn't know why it was happening. Carbuncle never shows up when it happens which is why i'm confused. Must be a glitch.

You mean you can't just call out "Oh Tootles"? (Why yes, I have young children)

Well, judging from the video we can see the camera going flippin' Crazy when entering a dungeon and fighting monsters. I hope they fix that with the day one patch...
Though monsters look pretty cool!
Seems like this area and the Duscae one are pretty close to each other.

Love this combat so much, wish MP wasn't limited in the demo, aerial stuff might be not effective like in DMC, but it looks so cool!
One of my best attempts to Bandersnatch:

Ignis with his power up is clearly a best BRO

Some of the gif highlights:
Warp away or\and switch to pistol resets your airstep ability

Cool little dodge:

Saw that using a strong enough blizzard spell in the Bandersnatch water freezes the water, has anybody tried using a strong blizzard spell on the crabs on the beach to see if anything happens to the sea?

Hey, we did a play of the Judgement demo, unfortunately the commentary was very quiet but the core mechanics are there and the demo was played from start to finish. Check it out if you're interested, let me know what you think.

I have read somewhere that you craft "water" spells, is that true?
I created a lv55 spell that visually makes Fire and Ice explode togheter creating a Water effect ('splash' effect around). Dunno if a specific Water spell exists though.

When you say "splash" do you mean it looks sort of like water hitting the enemy, or was it sort of like, the fire caused condensation in the blizzard which made the surrounding area noticeably wet (which would be great, cause you could then follow up with a bit of lightning and smoke everyone)

Also people need to get on gif-fing this effect stat. Or I mean we could all wait 13 days...but you know, new shit is great for gifs.

I didn't notice the wet effect but can't confirm at 100%. It seemed the splash effect hitting the enemy.
