finally done with the sealed dungeons; i wish the game had more content with the difficulty of sealed costlemark, it was so much fun.

game would be so much better if it was harder; i need hard mode.

edit:

why aranea is so awesome

I've just got my PS4 Pro a few days ago and I have restarted FFXV playing on High Resolution mode. And I've done my research prior to getting a Pro, hearing that FFXV has bad frame pacing issues. However, strange as it may be, I'm not really seeing any of it all. It simply looks amazing without issues. Perhaps it also has something to do my TV being a 1080p 28inch monitor, maybe that helps with the frame pacing issues (probably not).
As a matter of fact, I'm enjoying the game more now with the improved visual. Now I'm 24 hours in at Chapter 3, still haven't even met Iris yet.

pitioss dungeon done after 4 hours and 15 minutes.

whoever designed this have a sadistic and twisted mind, felt like a nightmare and i'm completely exhausted.

one of the best dungeons i've ever played, will never forget the turmoil of emotions i had there; FFXV post-content fucking delivered

Astounding dungeon and well designed. It was meant to make players anxious, and judging from responses from players, they've achieved that goal xD

Sadistic and twisted mind indeed lol

I think Wan helped design the post game dungeons since he designed all the other ones too like Rock of Ravatogh I think.

He needs to come back in future titles and do the dungeons for those too.

I just found out you can literally do aerial combos while airdancing with seemingly any weapon (though its porbably easier to pull off on taller enemies). Just have to switch weapons to either the one-handed swords or polearms near the end of the combos from the non-airstep equipped weapons.

So much depth its bloody amazing.

What's everyone opinion in regard to the game's difficulty? Easy? Challenging enough? Hard?
Challenging enough. Some of the hunts and post-game dungeons are brutal if you don't do your homework. The main quest is not very difficult by itself.
And Pitioss Ruins rivaled anything NES Mega Man in terms of "git gud" difficulty and sense of accomplishment. I never thought a platforming dungeon that well-designed and maddeningly frustrating would be in a Final Fantasy game. Man, I want more!

In my opinion they should limit your consumable items. But since this game is trying to appeal for wider audience its fine i guess? I wish they add hardmode with NG+. Because currently NG+ is pointless.

tbh i always thought FF was generally easy even compared to other square RPGs.

after lightning returns i expected a good challenge, but yeah there's not much hard content in the game if the consumable items are so broken

U.S./International versions of FF titles have had a new difficulty mode added in after release. XII, Type 0 HD, Crisis Core, even XIII got it. Now that we're past release this can help them give enough time to make rebalanced difficulty decisions.

XV will probably be no different, in fact, i totally welcome that. More challenge modes is welcomed.
