Ring Magic is soooooo much better now. Though i'm kinda worried about Alterna being a bit OP in some cases.

UPD: Have you guys seen extended episode Prompto teaser? Thats really looks amazing.

That actually looks pretty nice. I hope they take as much advantage as they can of the setting, although considering this is a short experience (going by Gladio's, which I assume will be comparable enough), I doubt we'll spend too much in the wild.

Also, finally good non-KG clothes!
I heard people killed Adamantoise with death spell, its true? :D
I've seen some gifs on Twitter, so it seems like it, yeah.

I mentioned a little bit about 13:2 in my Christian symbolism thread, but I'll put my more comprehensive reactions here.

  • Seeing Ravus confidently profess his faith that Noct is the True King who will save the world to an emperor who sees that title as belonging to him alone is far more satisfying than a traditional last stand could have possibly been. As much as he was driven by doubt, his death was a martyr's death.
  • ...of course, that just makes what Ardyn did to him all the crueler. Ardyn basically threw Ravus' faith and his doubt in his face, ensuring that the last thing that he saw would be Noct mocking him for his previous lack of faith.
  • Ardyn having intercepted Ravus' letters to Luna is such a perfect explanation as to why they were scattered around his body... and a perfect twist of the knife. =(
  • Iedolas' daemon form actually looks... kind of gory up close. o_0; He's got horns growing out of his eyes, his flesh is reminiscent of exposed muscle, and there's red viscous liquid on his chest and arms.
  • I wonder where 13:2 is placed within Chapter 13 itself. I feel like it belongs between the "cliffhanger" of Noct falling from the bridge and him waking up next to Ravus' corpse. Apart from the obvious cliffhanger nature of that transition itself, I feel like knowing the truth about Ravus before reading the letters would better provide context for them, and revealing the nature of "Foras" before Noct runs into him would make that feel a bit more important, too.

have a feeling episode prompto will cement that he's my fav character of the main group after noct.

he really grew on me after brotherhood.

finally a "dumb" character (in the sense of being the joyful one) that doesn't annoy the player.

I've always found it strange that people thought Prompto was "dumb" just because of how he looked.

Skinny, chirpy, blonde guy automatically meaning "gay, weak and annoying" for some people is so stupid and strange to me. I see so many comments like that online (I'm speaking in general here)

Prompto is great.

For me it'd be Episode Ignis. Best bro and I think his Ep is gonna be something else entirely.

Apparently when you play ch13 in the main game, you can switch between playing through the scenario as Noctis or Gladio when you rest in the room with multiple beds.

So that way, you get the full story from both sides.

so it seems the new costume (or lack of it) is shirtless gladio.

why not gilgamesh armor smh
I'm sure the fangirls will be happy with that lol

All joking aside, I think shirtless Gladio "costume" really proves that SE is browsing forums for research on fan reaction and are really paying attention to feedback.

How else would they have known to add something so specific and particular xD

Tbh I'm amazed the tattoo itself takes up so much space. It looks like he's wearing another singlet anyway lol

To be fair, adding a shirtless Gladio costume probably took about as much effort as offering the choice of using the guys' older appearances in the past. His jackets and shirts are separate models, so all Squenix had to do was tell the game not to render any of them. XD;

Now, if they add swimsuits, that's how we'll know they're really listening to what fans want. ;)
