Might be far fetched but maybe they'll wait until they get the trilogy (or duology according to some rumors) out before they start targeting other platforms. Would make sense to finish building the game on one platform and then once it's all out devote a small team to optimizing it for other platforms. From the way Kitase spoke at E3 about the development cycle it seems like they intend to get to work on the second part right away after they release the first one. Probably wanna avoid trapping this game in development hell by getting sidetracked.

Looking at this render I'm so happy they didn't go for the more ornate looking design from the Dissidia games with the sashes and beads all over him. The huge belt buckle is still a bit gaudy but overall I'm glad they went for the more minimalist route. Sephiroth's always been a hardened soldier and a man of action so I think this look better represents what kind of character he is.

Predictions for any new stuff shown off at Gamescom? Hopefully they show off and explain the team combo system that was in the E3 demo. I'm assuming they'll be saving the Wall Market sequence for TGS.
